Short Workouts
Welcome to our Free Fitness Gym short workouts, these workouts will not include a warm up or cool down because many of our users like to do a few of these workouts back to back. We have a separate warm up and cool down section in our menu for this reason. Some of these workouts are nice and relaxed, whilst others are tough High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) ones. We have included a difficulty scale under each video so that you can choose an appropriate one. We hope you enjoy.
This Free Fitness Gym Workout is a 16 minutes long Abs workout and includes a warm up and cool down. If you are looking to tone up all areas of the stomach then this is the workout for you. All of our workouts are 'No thrills, just get the job done' workouts. Nick uses all of these workout routines with his personal training clients and will typically choose 3 workouts to do per client per session. We will be targeting the main core muscles, obliques and lower core. Having good core strength is important when building up a good foundation of strength and fitness. A strong core will also benefit you on a day to day basis, and help to support the back when doing fitness and at work. This fitness workout can be made harder by raising the intensity of each exercise, and also made easier by slowing all of the exercises down to an intensity that suits your individual fitness level.

This workout will help to get all of the muscles in the body suitably worked, and help to build a great foundation of fitness. This workout can be made as easy or as difficult as you want it to be, simply change the intensity of each exercise to suit your individual fitness level. This can be done as a stand alone workout, or done as part of the 5 week 'Weight loss & Toning program'. Remember to eat a clean diet to maximize your results when it comes to fitness training. We really enjoyed doing this workout and hope you enjoy it as well.

This Free Fitness gym workout will target the lower core muscles and help with tummy tucking. We have had a lot of requests for a lower core workout because this is a common problem area. Regular sit up work will not really target the lower core which is why so many regular fitness enthusiasts wonder why they still have a slight 'pot belly'. Try and add this 5 minute lower core workout to your main workout routine and stick to it for a few weeks. After 3 weeks you should really start to notice a difference. Remember to eat a clean diet to get maximum results. You can work the stomach muscles all day long, but if your not eating the right foods then your muscles will never be revealed, and a nice toned stomach will feel a million miles away. We hope you enjoy.
