Press-ups have taken their place as a favourite exercise of every military service in the world. Press-ups can be executed anywhere and managed by most people. The press-up is an excellent exercise for building muscular strength and muscular endurance.

This exercise is very easy to perform but also very easy to perform badly. The most common mistake is dropping the hips.
-The back should remain straight at all times.
-The arms should be straight at the end of each rep
-Head should be up throughout
