-Then conduct the exercise
-Then continue watching for the next exercise, and repeat the above process.
ONLY DO AS MUCH AS YOU FEEL YOU CAN, DONT PUSH IT OR YOU WILL INJURE YOURSELF. TRAIN SAFE AND TAKE IT EASY AND BUILD YOUR FITNESS UP GRADUALLY. IT MAY TAKE SEVERAL WEEKS UNTIL YOU CAN PERFORM ALL THE EXERCISES IN THIS VIDEO.
I do not perform all repititions in this video, so if you are asked to perform 16, then perform 16.
This will take 30 mins to perform depending on ability.
-Rest for up to a minute (or more) between exercises if needed.
-Repeat the workout 2-3 times per week for 4-6 weeks, depending on fitness levels. Some people will only need 3 weeks. This phase is known as anatomical adaptation and is the most important phase in training so do not rush it.
-Once you find the exercises quite easy perform 2 complete sets of all exercises.
