Cucumber, melon and lettuce are all good for the skin. Change your caffeine intake to green tea, and this will help to leave your skin feeling healthier. And very importantly, you must drink plenty of water throughout the day. You are more likely to get spots if you are dehydrated.

Some people will be unfortunate and will require medication to get their acne under control. But most of us can have healthy acne free skin by eating healthy foods and avoiding the known problem food groups.
