This Hiit workout will push you hard and will work you for 12 minutes. Hiit training if done correctly is very hard work and will leave you feeling absolutely exhausted by the end. Remember to work very hard during this workout. You should be pushing your cardiovascular system to the max as well as your muscles. It is a little bit like trying to sprint a hundred meters but for 12 minutes. Give it your all.
Workout Breakdown,
Set interval timers to 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
-3 Tuck Jumps - 10 Mountain Climbers
-Crunches
-Press Up with Rotation
-Squat Thrusts
Do all 4 exercises 3 times over
If you still have some energy left in the tank then try another set of the exercises.
