Some people hate Hiit training because it is uncomfortable and painful, but on the flip side it is great for getting over a fitness plateau and shocking the body to keep adapting. Nick is trying the Kick Through exercise for the very first time so please excuse his technique as he tries to master the exercise.

Set interval timers to 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
-5 Side Plank with Foot Touch Alternating Sides
-Squat Thrust to Press Up
-Sit Up Knee to Opposite Elbow
Do all 4 exercises 3 times over
And if you still have some energy left then feel free to do another set of exercises to change this into a 16 minute workout.
