Full Length Workouts, Warm Up and Cool down Stretches Included
All of these workouts will be full length and will include a warm up and a cool down stretches. We are using the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) principles will all of our workouts, this simply means that we give you very little time to rest in between exercises. All of our exercises can be adapted to suit most fitness levels by slowing down each exercise or speeding them up. Work at an intensity that you feel comfortable with. We promise you that if you stick with this type of training that your fitness levels will reach a very high level, and your fitness goals will start to come. Getting fit takes time so enjoy the process and try to eat a healthy diet to compliment your workout regime.
