Warm up 5-10 mins
3 x 2 mins boxing with partner or use light weights and shadow box.
Water stop
3 x 12 Press ups
3 x 12 sit ups
3x 12 squats
Water stop
10 x mountain climber.......................60 punches to the front......................repeat for 3 mins
20 x Kettlebell glute swing................60 punches to the front......................repeat for 3 mins
10 x superman....................................60 punches to the front......................repeat for 3 mins
Water stop
15 x side leg raise on both sides
30-60 sec plank.
Repeat the above if you have the energy.
