Celebrities are a great resource to use if you want to see what a persons training regime is and what the results will be. Because celebrities are in the spotlight and like to talk about their films, training etc we can get some very accurate information on the fitness training they do prior to filming.
Some celebrities enjoy looking and feeling good all year round and these include the likes of Tom Cruise and Jason Statham. Other celebrities will bulk up for a particular movie and then lose all of their gains once the movie is completed.
