We hope you are well and we are excited to bring you today's fitness workout. Today's workout will work your whole body and get your heart rate up as well.
We aim to create dynamic workouts every week that will keep your body strong and functionally fit. It is a common problem that many people end up doing the same workout routine every week and sometimes continue this for years. When this happens the body will stop adapting because it gets used to the demands required of it, which means you will stop seeing improvements to your physique.
We aim to stop this from happening to you, which is why everyone one of our workouts will be different from the previous one. Some of our workouts will be tough going and are designed to shock the body, and others will be of a more relaxed nature but will target key areas. Stick with us and if you are consistent with our workouts, then you will start to see some great results. Consistency is the key so do not let the weeks go past without working out. Once you have reached your individual fitness goals, then cardio fitness and strength gains are easy to maintain. The hard part is getting fit in the first place.
We also have some great nutrition posts to help you eat clean and get the most out of your workouts, and a healthy diet will drastically speed up changes to your physical appearance and weight goals.
Workout Breakdown:
Set interval timers to 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, (or just follow our timings in the workout)
-Weighted Lunge with Rotation
-Squat
-Press Up with Rotation
-Core feet touch
Do all exercises 3 times over
If you still have energy then complete another set of exercises at the end of the workout. For a 30 minute workout either repeat the workout or choose one of our other workouts to do after this one.
