With summer holidays being booked and the weather warming up it is time to start thinking about that beach body. This fitness workout will be hard for some of you, but if it was too easy then there would be little point in doing it. So give it your best shot and we promise you will improve over time. We have introduced a new exercise for Helen to try in this workout, because we want to keep her body guessing as to what is coming next, just like we want yours to keep guessing. This will also show you that even if you have a great level of fitness like Helen, new exercises will always be hard because the body is not used to them.
So dust off those trainers, get motivated, get all of your excuses out of the way now and dedicate the next 12 minutes of your life to this HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout. You can turn this into a 30 minute workout by doing one of our other workouts after this one. Trust us when we say 30 minutes is more than enough when it comes to High Intensity Interval Training.
Workout Breakdown
Set interval timers to 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest.
-High Knees
-Squat to Tricep Extension
-Reverse Row
-Press Up to Foot Touch
Do all 4 exercises 3 times over.
If you still have energy complete another set of all 4 exercises to turn this into a 16 minute workout. For a half hour workout try one of our other workouts after this one.
