This is a full length free workout that will target your whole body and we hope you enjoy. It is always best practice to do as many full body workouts as possible to keep the body functionally fit. Muscles like to work together and build up strength together which is why this type of workout should be your bread and butter of training. Training without equipment is a great way to keep the body functionally fit, and used to dealing with it's own body weight.
If you find some of these exercise too difficult, try and slow them down to a level that you feel comfortable with. The best way to do this if you are relatively new to fitness it to try and workout whilst keeping the breathing under control. As soon as the heart rate gets too high, it can take a while for it to come back down again and stop you in your tracks when it comes to training. Keep the breathing under control, and as you get fitter you will learn at what intensity your body likes to work at. Fitness really is not complicated it simply comes down to dedication and a healthy diet.
If you lead a busy life and find it difficult to fit a workout in, try and do a short workout that only takes 8 minutes to do. This should be an achievable goal for most people and one that you can do a few times per week. Any fitness enthusiast will tell you how good they feel after a workout.
