We have a whole body workout for you today that will get the heart rate raised, and your metabolism sped up. If you have the energy you can try and do this workout twice over. This type of workout should be your bread and butter of training, instead of just focusing on Abs, or arms workouts. The body likes to use it's muscles all at the same time so that they can be made stronger as a whole. If you just focus on individual muscle groups you can create an in-balance in the muscles within your body.
As a trainer Nick will make sure that all of his clients focus on whole body workouts, with a little more emphasis on their problem areas. You will feel a lot more worked when you complete a whole body hard workout as opposed to an easy isolated workout.
