Whole Body and Legs Workout
Welcome to Free Fitness Gym,
Today we have a great fitness workout that will work your entire body and really target your legs. We have also added some posterior chain work, which simply means we will be working your muscles that run up the back of your body. Far too often people target their front muscles targeting chest and core, but ignore their back of leg and actual back muscles.
So leave the thinking to us and enjoy today's workout. If you find this workout too easy then simply add another workout to the end of it. Or just try and do another set of exercises.

Workout Breakdown:
Set interval timers to 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest.
-Split Feet Burpees
-Squat to Star Jump
-Scissor Kicks
-Supermans Butt Buster
Do all 3 exercises 4 times over.
If you still have energy then do another set of exercises, or do one of our other workouts.
