Whole Body and Core Workout
Welcome to Free Fitness Gym,
Today's workout is a 12 minutes long and if you find it too easy then complete another set of exercises or do another workout alongside this one.
We hope you are well and have had a good week so far. We have had a great week and really enjoyed today's workout. We can not stress enough that peoples fitness levels will all be different, and with that in mind please repeat the entire workout again if you find it too easy. If you increase the intensity of these workouts they will also become harder, or you could increase the time each exercise is performed for. On the flip side if you are new to fitness then take these workouts nice and easy.
So get your mind into gear and get ready for today's exercise program. Work at an intensity that will bring on a sweat.
Workout Breakdown:
Set interval timers to 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest.
Burpee to Shoulder Raise
Weighted Sit Ups
5 Star Jumps to 10 Mountain Climbers
Romanian Lift
Do all 4 exercises 3 times over.
If you still have energy then please do another workout.
