Today's workout is quite tough so mentally prepare for this. Some of the workouts in our 5 week program will be fairly relaxed and will focus on a slow steady burn of calories, and some workouts like today's will be tough going designed to shock the system and keep the body adapting to the new demands placed on it.
It is important to remember that any success with fitness will be down to consistency with your workouts. If you put the time in you will see the benefits. This does not mean that all of your workouts need to be tough. If every workout is really tough, you will quickly get demotivated and put off doing them. So enjoy the easy workouts and focus on good technique throughout and when the hard workouts come, just see these as an essential must from time to time. The body needs to be shocked every now and then and put out of it's comfort zone in order to keep the results coming.
We keep going on about this subject, and we will say it again...remember to eat a balanced and healthy diet throughout your training program and if possible throughout your life. Our hope is that once people have started a program with us, that they will start to habitually workout for ever more, and also eat well forever more. If we can achieve this then we have succeeded in changing someone's life for the better, and this is the reason we created this website in the first place.
