Hello and welcome to Free Fitness Gym
Today we have a great fitness workout that will target your legs, core and upperbody muscles groups. So a nice all rounder.
We apologise but today's workout is not full length, instead it is all the exercises done just once through. We have had some technical difficulties and will correct these before the next video.
It is always a good idea when exercising to try and do some big compound exercises. Compound exercises target multiple muscle groups and make these muscle groups work together at the same time. This is a very intelligent way to train and something you should be doing on a regular basis. It is a more natural way for the body to work as opposed to an exercise like a bicep curl that targets just one muscle. Muscles like to work together, so doing compound exercises will prevent any imbalance within the muscle groups.
So get ready to work hard and here is today's workout. And yes we have some press ups today, get used to them because they are here to stay. Press ups are a fantastic compound exercise which is why so many fitness and military groups use them on a regular basis.
Workout Breakdown:
Set interval timers to 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest.
-Lunge Pulse Right Side
-Lunge Pulse Left Side
-Press Up
-Leg Raise
Do all 4 exercises, 3 times over
If you feel you still have some energy left in the tank, then do another set of exercises. Or try and do another one of workouts after this which will make for a tough 30 minute workout.
