So as always lets get all the excuses out of the way now as to why we can't do today's workout, get some determination and get it done. You will feel sooooo much better by the end of it.
Workout Breakdown (work 50 seconds, 10 seconds rest)
-Side Jump Burpees
-Full Range Sit Ups
-Standing Chest Press
-Walking Press Ups
Repeat 3 times over...

Repeat 3 times over...
Repeat all 4 exercises 3 times over, and if you are feeling brave then try and go for a fourth set. If you are new to fitness then just try what you can and we promise your fitness will improve over time...if you are consistent with your exercise regime.
