Hi Free Fitness Gym Members,
Today we have a fantastic rep challenge workout so no interval timer is needed today. All we are going to do is 4 exercises, 3 times through as fast as you can whilst keeping correct technique. Today's fitness workout is surprisingly tiring but is suitable for all fitness levels. Just make sure if you are new to fitness that you take it easy,
So work your backside off and feel great for the upcoming weekend.
Workout Breakdown;
Burpees.....................................................10 Reps
Kettlebell Glute Swings............................20 Reos
Jump Lunger.............................................20 Reps
Single Leg Squats.....................................10 Reps on each side
Do all 4 exercises 3 times through and try and keep good form throughout.
