Today we have a great rep challenge workout that should leave you feeling well and truly worked out for the day. This workout will work your cardio as well as your muscles. So give it your best shot and work hard throughout. If you want to replace the high knees part of the workout with skipping then please do so.
So get your backside into gear and start working your backside off with today's workout video.
Workout Breakdown:
Jump Squats.........................12 Reps
Jogging High Knees..............40 Reps
Flip Press Ups.......................10 Reps
Jogging High Knees..............40 Reps
KettleBell Glute Swings........20 Reps
Jogging High Knees..............40 Reps
Burpee...................................20 Reps
Jogging High Knees..............40 Reps
Pendulum..............................50 Reps
Once all exercises are done have a rest and take on some water, Then do them all over again. If you are feeling very energetic then try and do all exercises 3 times over. This workout should take you 10 - 15 minutes if you go twice through.
