We hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and New year and that Santa bought you something nice. We have a new member who will be helping you to do weekly workouts. Helen has joined the team and this is her first workout video. New year is the time for new year resolutions and for most people getting the body they would like. It is a very achievable goal and let us help you get there. So write down all of your excuses why you can't do exercise and throw them in the bin. If you want something go and get it.
So throw yourselves into this workout, and if you are new to fitness then take it nice and easy.
Workout Breakdown:
Set interval timers to 50 sec work, 10 sec rest
Side Floor Touches
2 Press with Burpee
Full Sit Ups
Supermans
Do this workout 3 times over without rest and we promise you will feel worked for the day.
