Welcome to today's lower core workout. We get a lot of requests for lower core workouts because this is a common problem area. Lower core workouts are great for tucking the tummy in as well as strengthening it. A lot of people focus on normal sit up work which will work the core nicely, just not the lower core. This is why so many fitness enthusiasts wonder why after all of their hard work, that their lower stomach still sticks out.
Try and add this workout into your normal routine for the next few weeks and you should be pleasantly surprised. Diet will also be very important when it comes to toned tummy's so eat a clean and healthy diet and try to exercise 3 times per week.
If you are struggling to lose excess body fat and feel that tummy toning is a far away goal, try and start doing more cardio workouts. You want to be focusing on long workouts and taking them at a steady pace. 40 minutes to an hour is an ideal time to workout, so set this as a goal and build up to to the long workouts. Start targeting your diet hard and cut out any junk that is not needed in your diet. A good physique is only partly made in the gym, the rest is made in the kitchen. The saying goes you can not train away a bad diet.
