Legs, Bums and Tums Workout
Welcome to Free Fitness Gym,
We hope your having a great day and are ready for today's workout. Today's workout is going to focus on Legs, Bums and Tums but it will also target other muscle groups including the shoulder. We have some quite varied exercises in this fitness workout, and Helen is trying some of them for the very first time. So please excuse her is she takes a few reps to get into the exercise. Helen uses these workouts as part of her fitness regime, so we try to work her hard with varied exercises whilst training you as well.
So it will be summer before you know it and people always leave it so late before trying to get beach fit / Bikini Fit. Now is the ideal time to start a fitness regime if you want noticeable results for your holiday or any other important event. You can not just leave it a month before your holiday to get in shape, it is just not enough time.
In the gym industry there are peak times when people start a new gym membership, and one of these peak times is around June as people try and quickly get fit for their holidays....again this in not enough time, start now if you have a beach body as your goal.....Rant over :)
Lets gets today's workout started, so get motivated and here it is.
Workout Breakdown
Set interval timers to 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
-Side Plank Burpee
-Straight Leg Crunch
-Squat to Star Jump
-Terminator Run
Do all 4 exercises 3 times over.
If you feel you have not worked enough then do another set of exercises, or add another Free Fitness Gym workout to the end of this one.
