Today we are focusing on core and legs in today's video workout. No equipment is needed and you can do this workout in your own home. Studies have shown that motivation for fitness can start to drop by the end of January, and peoples fitness goals go out the window. Don't let this be you, get angry if you miss a workout and don't let temptation lead you astray and just sit watching television all night. You get one body, one life so why not live in the body you always wanted. Getting fit should become a way of life not just something you do for a few weeks. It can be hard but it is so worth it when you start to see results. Today Nick will take you through the exercises.
Workout Breakdown
Set your interval timers to 50 sec work, 10 sec rest
Jumping Jacks
Mountain Climber
Core
Squats
Complete all 4 exercises 3 times over and if you feel keen then do another set. If you find you want to do a longer workout then just include another one, or two exercises into the set.
