We think it is important for everyone to have access to exercise regardless of income or gym membership. All of our workouts can be done at home and the majority of them will not use any equipment at all. For the fitness video's that do have equipment featured, these can also be done without equipment by adapting the exercise or using a weight you have lying around the house.
Today's fitness workout is a rep challenge and we want you to do all exercises 3 times over. The aim is to see how fast you can complete all exercises. This workout is perfect if you have a reasonable level of fitness or are looking to improve your cardio output and recovery times. You can take this workout nice and easy and take log pauses between each exercise, or you can give it you all and minimize your rest times.
Your recovery time between exercises will improve the more workouts you do and the fitter you become. Remember that all exercises can be adapted to suit your current fitness level. So if you are not very strong on your press ups, then simply do them on the knees until you get stronger with them.

Rep Challenge
180 degree Jump Press up...................10 Reps
Goblet Squat.........................................20 Reps
Side Hops..............................................20 Reps
Ab Splitters............................................10 Reps
Do all 4 exercises 3 times over and give it your best shot and work hard.
