Today we have a great kickboxing calorie burning workout for you. This workout is 13 minutes long, and can be done twice through to make a nice and tiring 26 minute workout. This workout is suitable for most fitness levels and can be adapted to suit your cardiovascular level. If you are new to fitness then take this workout nice and easy, and if you are a regular fitness enthusiast then give this workout everything you have.
We will not be using any equipment at all and this workout can be done in the comfort of your own home. This type of workout focuses on functional fitness which is always a good way to train. Functional fitness simply means doing a workout that allows the body to work in a manner that is natural for it. So instead of hitting the gym and doing bicep curls, functional exercises require the body to use multiple muscle groups all at the same time. This allows all of the muscle inter connected groups to work together and strengthen at the same time.
With today's Kickboxing workout we want you to engage the stomach muscles during all of the exercises. You will find this workout quite tiring on the shoulders as well as other upper body muscles.
