Kettlebell Whole Body Workout

Today we are pleased to provide you with a Kettlebell workout, Kettlebells can provide a really great functional workout, because they allow us to train using multiple muscle groups at the same time. The movements done during kettlebell workouts mimic movements that we do every day to a certain extent.
Kettlebells have stood the test of time and are here to stay. Kettlebells are inexpensive and will last you forever so it is a good idea to invest in a decent set. You do not need a kettlebell and you can use any weight for the exercises, however a kettlebell will make life easier.

So lets get on with today's workout. Get all your excuses out of the way because this workout will only take you 12 minutes to do.
Workout Breakdown:
Set interval timers to 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest.
-Kettlebell Right Hand Swing
-Kettlebell Left Hand Swing
-Clean and Press Right Side
-Clean and press Left Side
Do all 4 exercises 3 times over.
If you still have energy then do another set of exercises. And for a 30 minute workout just do one of our other workouts after this one.
