Kettlebell Toning Workout
Welcome to Free Fitness Gym,
Today we have a 12 minute Kettlebell workout for you, and if you want to turn this into a 30 minute workout, then please do another one of our workouts after this one.
Kettlebell workouts are very popular and have stood the test of time as great pieces of equipment to workout with. When you watch the video you may be fooled into thinking that this workout does not look very hard. It will be surprisingly tiring and you will see Helen start to tire as the workout progresses. Helen has a very good level of fitness and Kettlebell workouts always give her that great 'worked out' feeling that fitness enthusiasts strive for.
If you do not have a Kettlebell at home then try and find a weight you can use instead. Many people have uses handbags weighted down with a tin of soup or something along those lines. You will be surprised at how many things around your house can be turned into pieces of fitness equipment.
Remember that the most important thing with fitness training is consistency. A lot of people workout for a month or 2, then stop completely for a couple of months. If you really want the physique you have always dreamed of, then the process is simple...NEVER miss a workout

-Kettlebell Glute Swings
-Kettlebell Oblique Core Stability
-Kettlebell Clean and Press Right Side
-Kettlebell Clean and Press Left Side
Do all 4 exercises 3 times over
If you want more of a challenge then complete another set of all 4 exercises at the end of the video. Or try and do our previous workout after this one. Helen did these two workouts back to back as part of her training regime.
