Welcome to Free Fitness Gym,
Today we have an easy to do whole body get your heart rate raised workout. All we need now is to get you motivated to give it a try. Sometimes we will do workouts with new and unique ways to workout, and other times like today we will focus on some of the basic exercises. These exercises will still work you hard and have all stood the test of time in the fitness industry.
There is no better time to start a fitness regime than now, far too often people think about doing it then forget about their goals for another 6 months. The longer you leave it the harder the more painful it will be to start an exercises regime. We promise you that if you stick with exercises every week, that it will become a part of your life and something you will grow to enjoy. Almost rely on to keep your energy levels high. Getting fit is painful at times, staying fit is very easy and enjoyable and you just need to motivate yourself to get to the point where you start to enjoy working out.

Workout Breakdown:
Set interval timers to 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
-Mountain Climber Twist
-Plank Pike
-Star Jumps
-Sit Up
Do all 4 exercises 3 times over
For a 30 minute routine do this workout, then add one of our other workouts as well.
