Today we have a great workout for you that will push you hard. HIIT training stands for High Intensity Interval Training, and this type of fitness workout is designed to be hard. The aim of the game is to push your self hard for 12 minutes and if you do the workout correctly you should be absolutely finished by the end of it.
As with all of our fitness workouts, make sure you warm up before trying to do the workout and if you think this one will be too hard for you, then just try one of our other videos.

Workout Breakdown:
Set interval timers to 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
-5 Side Plank Foot Touch Each Side
-Squat Thrust Press Ups
-Kick Through
-Sit Up Knee to Elbow
Do all 4 exercises 3 times over, and if you feel you need more of a challenge, then do one of our other Free Fitness Gym workouts after this one.
