Interval Training: Work for 50 seconds, rest for 10 seconds
Workout 1:
Press Up With Rotation
Military Sit Up...Get those elbows to the ground
Forward and Backward Jump Squats
Mountain Climbers
Do this workout 3 times over back to back (If you are a beginner then try and go twice through and follow the simplified versions of exercises as demonstrated in this video).
