Hello and we hope you are all well,
One of the biggest issues people find when exercising is overcoming an injury and these unfortunately happen far too often. If you stick to a circuit training format, this should help to keep all of your muscle groups strong.

However from our experiences working inside physio clinics there is one main culprit muscle that seems to be for responsible for so many injuries. And yes you guessed it, it is our bottoms. Our bottoms or Glutes are one of the largest muscle groups in the body and help to keep everything in check. When glutes are weak, the the hips will not be working at their optimum level, and this means the problems can travel down to our feet, or up to our heads. In simple terms, if we look after our glutes, then our bodies will reap the benefits and help to keep us injury free. I have personally worked in a physio clinic doing rehab for competitive athletes, and nine times out of ten it was glutes that we had to work on.
So below is a quick video to show you how to start engaging your glutes. The added benefit of working glutes is that this will help to give you a great looking backside, which is never a bad thing.
And remember, if you have any questions then we are here to help.
Try and do a minute of these in the morning and one in the evening.
We hope you have a great day and please keep checking in for new workouts.
Many thanks
