Beginner Fitness Workout, no Equipment Needed
Welcome to Free Fitness Gym,
Today We have a beginner / medium level workout that will really get your body moving and prepare for future harder workouts. Today's workout is a whole body workout and will only take 12 minutes. If you want to make this workout longer, just perform another set of exercises, or choose another fitness video to do once you have finished this one.
Our aim is to get as many people fit for free, with no equipment needed workouts. And what's great is you can do these workouts at home with minimal space needed. Being fit is a way of life for so many people and fitness makes you feel energised and ready to take on the world. If you are new to fitness it is not a race to get in shape. Instead it is an exciting journey and one that you should enjoy.
We use an interval timer for a lot of our workouts which can be purchased from your local sports store. Or you can get a free App interval timer on your phone. You do not need an interval timer, and if you do the workout with us then we will tell you when to change from one exercise to another. All videos are full length workouts.

Set Interval timers to 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
-Star Jumps
-Supermans
-Sit Ups
-Squat to Arm raise
Do all 4 exercises 3 times over.
