We have a great workout for you today that will get your whole body moving as well as targeting your core muscles. Helen may make this fitness workout look easy but it really will work you hard. Every exercise will target your core muscles including the reverse lunges with a knee up. Remember with today's exercises to tense your core muscles on every single exercise
So get your motivation up and get ready to work hard. As always if you feel you want to work out longer, just complete another set of the 4 exercises.
Workout Breakdown
Set interval timers for 50 sec work, 10 sec rest
-Plank Pike
-Russian Kicks
-Reverse Lunge Knee Ups
-5 Mountain Climber, 5 Plank Star Jumps
Do all 4 exercises 3 times over
No excuses, get it done and get on with the rest of your day feeling great about yourself. If you work out hard for 12 minutes most days of the week you really can get amazing fitness levels. The average gym goer does not work at a high intensity in the gym, and high intensity interval workouts effectively cram a whole gym session into 12 minutes.
