Free Fitness Gym,
Welcome to today's workout, we are focusing on a whole body approach and burning lots of calories. We have also dedicated a section of this workout to core strengthening. The main section of this workout will work multiple muscle groups and focus on working all of the muscles hard whilst raising the heart rate at the same time. We are using the high Intensity Interval Training principles which is a very effective and time efficient way to train. Nick uses this type of training with all of his clients who are looking to lose weight and improve their overall strength, toning and generally getting a nice toned athletic physique.
The core section of this workout will target all of the stomach muscles so that we can help to create a nice flat toned stomach. A lot of people neglect the lower core area which will help to flatten the lower stomach which is often responsible for the 'pot belly' look. Lower core training can sometimes niggle the lower back, however the more core training you do the better the stomach muscles will be able to support the lower back.
We hope you enjoy and let us know how you get on.
