Bottoms, Core and Legs High Intensity Interval Training Hiit Workout
Welcome to Free Fitness Gym,
Today we have a great High Intensity Interval Training Hiit workout for you. Everyone can try this fitness workout and you do not need to be super fit. The beauty of High intensity interval training workouts is that you can choose the pace that you want to work at. If you find the pace of the video too fast then simply slow each exercise down. If you find the pace too slow then just speed up each exercise to a level that makes you very tired and out of breath.
High Intensity Interval Training workouts are becoming a very popular way to train because you can do a great and effective workout in half the time of a regular workout. Also Hiit workouts have an added benefit of boosting your metabolism for hours after the fitness workout is done which helps with maximum weight loss and physical adaptation.
Gone are the days where you need to go to the gym for an hour or more to feel like you have properly worked out. High intensity interval training workouts are also known as 'Intelligent Training' because they can quickly boost cardiovascular fitness levels, tone muscles and are very effective for weight loss. And you can get a great workout done in 12 minutes or do two of our workouts back to back for a punishing 30 minute workout (This will include a water stop).
Nick and Helen both train themselves under the High intensity interval training principles and both have a very good level of fitness, low body fat and toned muscle groups. And after all this is really why people work out. People want to be physically fit for the health benefits as well as feeling good about themselves.
We really enjoyed today's workout and hope you do too.
