Today we have a half an hour Pilates workout for you that will really work the Abdominal muscles as well as the bottom and thigh area. These are great areas to train when looking to get Bikini Fit. Pilates is always a popular way to train and although it will not get your cardiovascular system working hard, don't be fooled into thinking that they are easy. Pilate workouts target the core muscles in a way that many other workouts fail to do. Which is why the majority of Pilate workouts are based around the principles of having a strong core.
Enjoy the relaxed pace of today's workout because we will be doing a cardio based workout for the next session. As we are now into week 5 you should be noticing improved fitness levels by now, clothes should be feeling a little looser, and energy levels should have increased. If you were new to exercise when you started the Bikini Fit workouts, hopefully you are now seeing how great it feels to workout on a regular basis.
