Today we have a 15 minute Abs workout that will push your core muscles hard. As of next week we will start to film half an hour workouts, so that we can keep progressing your fitness levels, and keep your body adapting. The longer workouts will help to burn more calories which will help with weight loss. The longer workouts will also work your muscles hard and help to increase muscle toning.
We hope you have been enjoying the fitness workouts so far, and if you have stuck with the Bikini Fit workouts each week, you should be seeing some good results including weight loss, muscle toning, and increased energy levels.
Remember that everyone has a bad week, so if you sometimes struggle to get your fitness workouts done each, don't worry. So long as this doesn't become habitual then it is not a problem and very common. Most regular fitness enthusiasts will take the odd week out. So stay motivated and keep your fitness goals in mind to help drive on the difficult days.
Work hard and if you need to take a few breaks during this work, just pause the video and restart when you have the energy.
Workout Breakdown:
Warm up
Set intervl timers to 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest (or follow timings in our workout video)
-Half sit crunches
-Half crunch.........................Bring the knee to elbow and just lift the shoulder off the ground
-Bent knee foot taps
-Legs in air foot reach.........Bring opposite hand to opposite leg
-Sky crunches......................Try and control the entire movement relatively slowly
-Leaning back reach...........Only lean back enough to lightly engage the core
-Supported crunch
-Double leg raise................Sit on the hands to support the lower back
-sit up plus 2 punches........Tuck feet under a weight or get a partner to hold your feet
-Half sit crunches
-Half crunch
-Bent knee foot taps
-Legs in air foot reach
-Sky crunches
Cool down stretches
