Fat Burning Fitness Workout
Welcome to Free Fitness Gym,
Today we have a whole body fat burning fitness workout with warm up and cool down included. We want you to work hard during this workout, because as of week 4 we will be filming longer workouts that will push you harder. We aim to progress your fitness to the next level and keep your body changing, losing weight and hitting the Bikini Fit goals you are working towards. This is why we will be filming a half an hour workout for the next video, we want your body to keep pushing itself with the ever increasing demands we are going to put it on it.
Remember to do what you can, and if you are struggling with one of the workouts then just pause the video and take some time out. Also do not be hard on yourself if you can not complete the entire workout. Your fitness levels will take time to improve and we do not want you to rush the process.

Workout Breakdown:
Warm up (included)
Set interval timers to 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest (or follow timings in our workout video)
-Ice skaters
-Feet kick outs
-Star jumps to floor touch
-Plank walk
-Glute bridge
-Star jumps arms tracking forward
-Sit ups
-Burpee side to side jump
