Beginner Workout, Getting Your Muscles Ready
Today we have a beginner workout, so if you are already fit then please try one of the other workouts. We are going to do several beginner workouts over the next few weeks to try and get people used to exercise, And then hopefully you will feel strong enough to go into our mainstream workouts.
Remember to take it nice and easy to begin with, as fitness is a journey and should not be rushed. In the early stages of fitness it has been proven people will receive the most benefits in terms of body change, compared to a person who exercises regularly. This is because the body has to change a lot in order to make the new exercise requirements easier for itself.
So get your motivation up and all the excuses under the sun out the window, today we start the new you. Enjoy it, it is a very exciting process.
Workout Breakdown:
Set interval timers for 50 sec work, 10 sec rest
-Glute Bridge
-Star Jumps
-Squats
-Sit ups
Do all 4 exercises, 3 times over
