Beginner Fitness Workout
Today we are focusing on helping people getting started with fitness and have a very easy workout for you to do today. We realise that many people would like to get into shape but either do not have gym membership or simply do not like going to gyms. So today we are going to try and motivate you to start your fitness regime. If you are already fit and want a challenge, then please look down the list of our previous videos and pick one to do today.
So for you beginners out there this workout is for you. Get your gym gear on and join us for today's 12 minute workout. No equipment is needed at all so no excuses. Find an area in your house to do this workout and lets get started.
Set Interval Timers for 50 sec work, 10 sec rest
-Stability Squat
-Box Press Up
-Star Jumps
-Half Sits
Do all 4 exercises 3 times over
