Welcome to Free Fitness Gym,
Today we have an 18 minute beginner to intermediate level fitness workout. Try and keep pace with us throughout the workout and stay regular with you workouts to see results.
We have included some nice strengthening exercises to keep your body as strong as possible. As well as hitting the major muscle groups we will be looking at strengthening the ankles and working your stabilizers. Ankle strength and stability is very important when building a good foundation of strength.
If you feel you have the energy try and do this workout twice over with a water stop in between. Remember to stay hydrated throughout all of your workouts. It has been proven that a hydrated body will lose weight quicker than a dehydrated one.
