Warm up (included)
Set interval timers to 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
-Leg kick out to squat hold
-Clapping star jumps
-180 degree squat jump
-Imaginary skipping
-Slow forward lunges
-sit up opposite hand to foot reach
-Plank
-Jumping foot touch
-Punching and jogging
-Ice skaters
-Leg kick out to squat hold
-Clapping star jumps
-180 degree squat jump
-Imaginary skipping
-Slow forward lunges
Water stop and repeat all exercises again if possible.
