Today we have a relatively relaxed session that will last for 10 minutes. We wanted to give everyone a bit of a relaxed week this week, because we have worked you hard over the last couple of weeks, and still have quite a few workouts to go. If you are keen then feel free to do this workout twice over.
We are still targeting the major muscle groups in the upper body to get your muscles as toned as possible over the 6 weeks. We also want to raise your heart rates to give your metabolism a boost which will aid in fat loss, along with the calories burned during this fitness workout.

Workout Breakdown:
Warm up
Set interval timers to 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
-Half press ups
-Dorsal raise an Butt buster
-Lying on back raise
-Shoulder press up
-Sitting half crunch
-Straight leg raise
-Ice skaters
-Lying on side hip raises right side
-Lying on side hip raises left side
Water stop and repeat all exercises if you have the energy
