5 Minute Core and Leg HIIT Workout
Today we have a great core workout for you that will also target your legs. If you are keen to work your stomach muscles like a lot of people are, then include this workout at the end of one of our other workouts, or do this as a stand alone workout.
It is always a good idea to work your core hard because you will use the stomach muscles for the majority of exercises we do. It is also nice to have a nice toned stomach as well. All of these core exercises will work other body parts but remember they are for your stomach, so engage the core throughout each exercise today.
If you find the Jump Lunges to difficult then try normal alternating lunges without the jump, and if you find the Star jump Tuck Jumps too hard, then please try normal Star Jumps. Star Jumps normally have the legs and arms moving at the same time, but you can do them just working the legs as demonstrated in this workout video.
