It has been proven that after exercise your metabolism is forced into over drive for the next 14 hours or until you go to bed and the body starts to unwind.
This workout can be done anywhere, and no equipment is needed. 5 minutes of your day is all we are asking for.......or we should say your body is asking for just five minutes of attention.
Workout Breakdown: Rep Challenge (set interval timers for 30 seconds per exercise, no rest in between exercises)
-Burpee with a press up
-Russian Kicks
-Full range sit ups
-Glute Jumping Jacks
-Side Lunge with a hand floor touch
If you are are an advanced fitness person then do this workout twice over, and if that is not enough then do it 3 times over.
