We loved doing today's workout at 5.45 in the morning when the park was nice and quiet. A great way to start the day and really awakens the soul. This fitness workout is 12 minutes long, we have filmed another 12 minutes straight after this workout and will be posting the full 24 minute HIIT workout this week. It is tiring but we love it. You can always do this workout twice over if you like it.
This workout requires no equipment and can be done at home or in a park near you.
Work hard and drink plenty of water
Workout Breakdown (set interval timers to 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest)
-Squat Jump on the toes
-Squat thrust to Burpee
-Sit up toe touch
-Jogging
-Glute bridge
-Plank Pike
Repeat twice over for the full 12 minute HIIT Workout
