Today we have a 10 minute HIIT workout that will target the upper body muscles. We are going to blow the chest, arms and stomach out with this workout. During our workouts we will often use an interval timer. Try and keep pace with us throughout so that your heart rate stays elevated.
Everyone will have a slightly different fitness level so work at a level that feels like you are working very hard. In order for HIIT workouts to work properly the intensity needs to be maintained throughout the workout.
