Today we have a great workout to target all of the core muscles. We use this workout to train all fitness levels, so if you are new to fitness then this workout will be perfect for you, and if you are a regular fitness enthusiast then you will benefit from it as well.
Having a strong core is a good foundation to build a good level of fitness on. Most exercises you do will involve the stomach muscles, and a stronger core will allow many exercises to become easier. If you are an office worker and struggle with back pains, then make sure you work the stomach muscles. These muscles support the back and help to keep it nice and strong. A weak core will not support the back very well, meaning that your back muscles will need to work harder, often resulting in lower back pain.
Most regular fitness enthusiasts will include a core workout routine as part of every workout. So add this routine to your workout routine and work at a level that you feel comfortable with. You do not need to keep pace with Nick in this workout :)
