Today we have a 10 minutes abs workout that will hopefully include some exercises that you have not done before. We will be working the entire stomach and this workout can be done by most fitness levels.
A strong core is a great start to building a strong foundation of fitness, and core workouts should be included into as many of your workouts as possible.

-Bent knee toe taps
-Supported crunch
-Scissor kicks
-Opposite hand to knee reach
-Side hip raises right side
-Side hip raises left side
-Straight leg reach
